I need help on flashing the bios. I have downloaded the BIOS, but I cannot find instructions on what to do next. Other Acer products state to:

1. Rename the BIOS file from 3310.fd to zg5ia32.fd.
2. Copy zg5ia32.fd and Flashit.exe to USB flash drive

Problem is, my bios not only does not have a 3310.fd file, but it also has no Flashit.exe file. I've got my USB flash drive ready, but I am at a standstill.

We have repair guys at out house repairing an outdoor CGI outlet that is on the same wall that my PC is plugged into (of course the PC is on the inside part of the wall). No, I did not have the PC in a surge protector.. I know.. I know. The repair guy told me that the power would go out but I didn't get to turn off the PC before that happened. Long story short, I went to turn on the PC afterwards and all I am getting is the blue light comes on and the fan comes on, but the screen stays black). Everything I have is on this computer. PLEASE HELP!
