Different models of DeckLink cards support built in down conversion, so you can send feeds to systems that run separate SD and HD routers. Multi rate SDI connections also support newer router designs such as Blackmagic Design's Videohub range that allow multiple video formats on the same router at the same time. My device manager isn't having a problem recognizing the Decklink The Blackmagic Desktop Video Setup is being strange though. Sources 3 & 4 are showing just 'SDI' My program monitor is showing all of my sources so I know there is not a problem through my outputs, my MD-LX's, and my DMON-6S Media Express only shows Decklink Duo (1) & (2) as sources.

Dear all,as far as I can see from the docs and API response, it is not possible to configure the profile of the Decklink Duo 2 SDI capture card to capture stereo. However my pretty similar looking Decklink 4K pro is able to do so. Is there any way to configure the Duo 2 to capture stereo using the '*GetRightFrame' API? Atm I only see the option to init two subdevices, each having its own callback and then sync stereo frames from gen-locked cameras on my own.

I'm having an issue with our Deckling Duo 2 disappearing on a Windows 10 machine. Decklink Duo 2 Software
Basically it either doesn't detect at all or sometimes works for a while than drops off. I've uninstalled Desktop Video 10.7.1 and reinstalled a couple of times now and the problem remains. The computer has a fresh install of Windows and only a few apps installed.Attached are some pics of the problems. I don't think it's a faulty card as a co-worker had similar issues. 2 Pics are of it working and then 3 of its slow progression into not working.

Then to this -
I can open Media Express and display an input over time the image will pause and when I re-open I get 'no devices detected'. Upon restart even device manager is reporting no cards installed. A cold reboot brings all the decklink cards back.
